WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING MY FIRST VISIT?
During your first visit to Renewed Life Chiropractic, Dr. Ashley will review your intake paperwork, and discuss with you any concerns you may have. An orthopedic exam will follow, which allows Dr. Ashley to determine the proper course of treatment for your specific condition and she will explain what she sees and how she can help. A Chiropractic adjustment and any other treatments will follow the exam. All in all, a typical first visit lasts about 45 minutes from start to finish.
DO YOU REQUIRE TREATMENT PLANS FOR YOUR PATIENTS?
At Renewed Life Chiropractic, you will never be asked to adhere to long, expensive treatment plans. Our sole focus is to get you better, quickly. We have patients that visit us weekly, others that come in every 4-6 weeks, and many that schedule a visit when they feel like they need a tune-up. While we offer suggestions of what will help you reach your health and wellness goals, we firmly believe that it is the patient's decision and we will work to provide you the best care that fits your schedule.
DO YOU ACCEPT HEALTH INSURANCE?
Due to increasing deductibles and out of pocket expenses that are associated with health insurance plans, we are out-of-network with all insurance plans, except for Medicare*. We believe that keeping the relationship solely between patient and doctor, a stronger bond is created, which leads to faster, and better, results.
We are happy to accept payment via cash, check, credit card, Flex spending, or Health Savings Account (HSA). While we will not bill your insurance company directly, we can supply you with information to submit that will allow you to meet your deductible, or any out-of-network benefits you may have.
Please call our office directly with questions regarding payment options. We’re happy to answer any questions that you may have.
*MEDICARE
We do accept assignment from Medicare. The check is usually sent directly to our office in payment of the services that Medicare will cover, which for Chiropractors is ONLY manual manipulation of the spine. Medicare pays 80% of the allowable fee once the deductible has been met. You are required to pay the deductible and the remaining 20% as well as any non-covered services. Our office completes and files the forms for Medicare at no charge.
